Job summary

Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, Abu Dhabi is seeking a Spa Therapist to provide exceptional massage therapies and body treatments within the Spa Department. You will maintain pristine treatment spaces, follow protocols, and deliver personalized service to discerning guests.

The role requires experience in a luxury hotel setting, strong communication skills, and fluency in English. Additional languages are considered a plus, with comprehensive training and development offered by the MO group.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the same role in a luxury hotel is required
• Fluency in English required; additional languages are an advantage

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional first impression by welcoming guests with warmth, professionalism, and personalized attention, addressing each guest by name.
• Deliver bespoke massage therapies and body treatments to the highest standards, in strict accordance with the spa’s treatment protocols and training guidelines.
• Uphold luxury service standards of the spa and hotel to ensure every guest experience is refined, seamless, and memorable.
• Conduct professional consultations to understand guest needs and recommend suitable treatments and aftercare.
• Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, and products are immaculately prepared and sanitized before and after each service.
