In this role, you will oversee all aspects of spa management, from daily operations and staff leadership to strategic initiatives and guest experience excellence. You will serve as a brand ambassador, fostering a culture of wellness and exceptional service while driving operational efficiency and profitability. • Manage all spa operations and facilities to ensure optimal efficiency, safety, and compliance with standard operating procedures and brand guidelines
• Lead, mentor, and develop spa staff through effective communication, performance management, and professional development initiatives that foster a supportive and inclusive team environment
• Establish and implement proactive strategic initiatives to market spa products and services, driving revenue growth and guest satisfaction
• Conduct regular performance reviews of therapist schedules, treatment room utilization, and staff productivity to maximize yield potential and operational efficiency
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of competitors, including their locations, product offerings, pricing strategies, and market positioning to inform business decisions
• Analyze business trends and global spa/wellness market developments to adapt strategies and maintain competitive advantage
• Oversee monthly inventory checks, control inventory levels, and manage procurement to optimize costs without compromising quality
• Ensure consistent implementation of quality assurance standards and audit requirements across all spa areas, reviewing scores and monitoring progress against targets
• Cultivate strong relationships with internal departments and external stakeholders, representing the spa and resort brand values with professionalism and transparency
• Maintain an extensive knowledge of spa treatments, wellness services, and industry best practices to provide expert guidance and recommendations
• Carry out additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management team
