Job summary

Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, Abu Dhabi is seeking a Spa Treatment Supervisor to lead the Spa team and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will supervise daily operations in the treatment area, uphold high service standards, and report to the Spa Operations Manager.

The role requires 2-3 years in a luxury spa with supervisory experience, strong spa knowledge, and excellent communication. Located at Emirates Palace, the position offers opportunities for development and premium guest

Qualifications

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a luxury spa or wellness environment, with previous supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of spa treatments, massage techniques, body treatments, and wellness services.
Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team of Spa Therapists.
Excellent guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Ensure a high standard of service is maintained throughout the Spa by therapists.
Coordinate with Learning & Development for training requirements and attend meetings when required.
Oversee stock control and orders for spa products, amenities and tools.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms in accordance with standards.
Motivate therapists and report on ambience and morale to Spa Operations Manager.
Support in achieving sales targets and upselling guidance.
