Job summary

Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, Abu Dhabi is seeking a Spa Treatment Supervisor to lead our Spa team, delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury setting.

Based in Abu Dhabi, the role oversees daily operations, training, stock control, hygiene and sales targets, reporting to Spa Operations Manager. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in a luxury spa with supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a luxury spa or wellness environment, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of spa treatments, massage techniques, body treatments, and wellness services.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team of Spa Therapists.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the spa treatment area and ensure high service standards.
• Coordinate staff training and assessments; liaise with Learning & Development.
• Manage stock control for products, amenities and tools.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms.
• Drive sales targets and upselling; contribute to marketing plans.
• Lead demonstrations and events; motivate therapists.
• Set a positive ambience and mentor team.
• Perform treatments to high standards.
