Job summary

Atlantis Dubai seeks a Wellness Experience Agent to warmly welcome guests to the Spa & Wellness facility, manage reservations, check-ins/outs, and ensure accurate billing while delivering a five-star guest experience.

You will be the first contact across lobby reception and spa boutique, with strong communication, privacy awareness, and ability to coordinate between guests, therapists, and attendants. Proficiency in SpaSoft and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hospitality or hotel spa environments is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with guest privacy in mind.
• Proficiency in MS Office and spa software is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests at the spa lobby and other touchpoints, ensuring a five‑star experience.
• Handle reservations, check‑in/out, and accurate billing with attention to detail.
• Explain services and products, upsell where appropriate, and coordinate with therapists.
• Maintain neat workspace, manage guest data privacy, and support spa operations as needed.
• Communicate guest needs clearly to therapists and front desk to ensure seamless service.
