Job summary

Inside LVMH in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Department Manager to support the Store Manager and drive the department’s organization, KPIs, merchandising, stock, sales, profitability and customer journey.

You will lead category initiatives, manage clienteling and CRM activities, supervise in-store visual merchandising, and develop the team to meet store goals in a luxury fashion environment. Strong selling and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience in a supervisor role in Fashion/Luxury Sales.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong selling and communication skills are necessary.
• Excellent relationship skills, self-reliant, approachable and patient.
• Administration and financial skills.

Responsibilities

• Category Sales Management and Business Development: lead and develop the Department and monitor KPI performance.
• Client Management: leverage clienteling tools and deliver excellent customer service.
• Operations and Visual Merchandising: ensure proper merchandize management and store presentation.
• Team Management and Development: coach and organize the team and translate goals into actions.
