Kempinski in Dubai is seeking a courteous and professional service colleague to join our luxury dining team. The role involves serving guests in the outlet, presenting menus, upselling, and ensuring a seamless, memorable experience in line with Kempinski's DNA.

You should have 1–2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in an international five-star hotel. The successful candidate will maintain a tidy dining area, handle orders via POS, and address guest inquiries with poise.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2 years experience in a similar position.
• Preferably in an international, luxury five‑star hotel.

Responsabilités

• Take accurate food and drinks orders using a POS system and communicate with Kitchen staff.
• Present menus and provide information on portions, ingredients and allergies.
• Upsell items and offer alternatives.
• Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area.
• Deliver checks and collect payments.
• Ensure the place of work and surrounding area is kept clean and organized at all times.
• Handle guest inquiries courteously and report feedback to supervisors.
