Kempinski Hotel in Dubai seeks an experienced F&B service professional to join our luxury restaurant team. You will uphold HACCP standards, maintain high service levels, and upsell menu items while coordinating with a multinational staff.

You will also manage opening/closing procedures, inventory, and guest relations to ensure unforgettable guest experiences. The role requires strong English communication, teamwork under pressure, and a passion for European luxury hospitality.

Qualificações

• Experience in an F&B service role required.
• Ability to work and communicate in a multinational environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.

Responsabilidades

• Adhere to hotel policies on fire safety, hygiene, and HACCP.
• Manage service team with delegated tasks; ensure high quality of product and service.
• Provide courteous, professional service and upsell menu items.
• Operate the POS system per responsibility level; assist opening/closing procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and monitor supplies to reduce waste.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings; support in inventories and duties as needed.
