Qualifications

• Minimum three years in an F&B management role, preferably with a 5* hotel chain.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure with proactive, rational solutions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all facets of restaurant operations to ensure a luxury dining experience.
• Manage guest services, staff performance, financial oversight, and marketing strategies.
• Recruit, train and manage staff to uphold luxury service standards and train all employees on the outlet concept.
• Develop and manage the restaurant budget and monitor food, beverage and labor costs.
• Source premium vendors and maintain authentic Italian offerings and brand image.
