Job summary

Kempinski Hotels in Dubai seeks a Restaurant Waiter / Waitress (Spanish Speaker) to deliver courteous, professional service in the Food & Beverage outlet. You will upsell items, maintain high standards, and support daily operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and brand integrity.

Reporting to the Head Waiter and working in a premium hotel environment, you will need strong English skills, hospitality experience, and the ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues while upholding

Qualifications

Experience in an F&B service role.
Excellent English oral and written skills; additional language is an advantage.
Ability to establish and retain effective working relationships with hotel staff and clients/vendors.
Excellent organizational and time management skills; professional, confidential and ethical approach.
Ability to identify and delegate tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

Report to Head Waiter / Waitress, Supervisor, Assistant Manager, Outlet Manager.
Provide courteous, professional and efficient service at all times.
Be knowledgeable of all services and products offered by the hotel.
Explain and upsell items offered by the department; offer alternatives.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area; execute opening/closing procedures.
