Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Floor Supervisor or Assistant Restaurant Manager in a Luxury Hotel.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required by the hotel.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook; strong knowledge of restaurant management software and POS systems.
• Solid understanding of Health and Safety Regulations and Food Hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership and deliver with precision, collaborating with teams to ensure quality output.
• Lead and supervise restaurant operations to meet targets while maintaining luxury service standards.
• Assist in managing budgets and implementing cost-control measures without compromising service quality.
• Coordinate with culinary and other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.
• Train, mentor, and motivate the restaurant team to achieve high performance.
• Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are consistently met across dining areas.
• Participate in staffing, recruitment, and performance evaluations as needed.
