FIVE Hotels & Resorts in Dubai is seeking a Floor Supervisor/Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our luxury team. You will lead dining service excellence, mentor a talented hospitality crew, and ensure impeccable guest experiences in a fast-paced luxury hotel setting.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in a similar leadership capacity, strong operational knowledge, and a passion for delivering standout service while maintaining strict health and safety standards.

Qualifications

A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Floor Supervisor or Assistant Restaurant Manager in a Luxury Hotel is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on the requirements of the Hotel.
Computer literacy with mastery of Word, Excel, and Outlook, and strong knowledge of restaurant management software and POS systems.
Understanding of Health and Safety Regulations, Food Hygiene Standards, and best practices in restaurant operations.
Proven track record in achieving financial targets, managing budgets, and cost control without compromising quality and service.

Responsibilities

Oversee dining area operations and service flow to ensure high-quality guest experiences.
Assist in managing and training restaurant team, including scheduling and performance evaluations.
Coordinate with culinary and other departments to deliver cohesive FIVE-Star service and guest satisfaction.
Monitor health, safety, and hygiene standards and ensure compliance with regulations.
Support in achieving revenue targets and controlling labor and food costs without compromising service.
