Job summary

FIVE Hotels & Resorts in Dubai seeks a seasoned Senior F&B Leader to oversee all restaurants, bars, nightlife venues, and In-Room Dining across multiple luxury concepts. You will deputise for the Director of Food & Beverage, driving revenue, cost control and guest satisfaction.

Lead a high-performing team, develop strategic menus, pricing and service standards, and partner with Finance, Sales & Marketing to deliver exceptional FIVE-Star experiences in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of senior F&B leadership in luxury hospitality.
• Experience overseeing multiple F&B operations (restaurants, bars, nightlife, In-Room Dining).
• Ability to deputise for the Director of Food and Beverage and drive both operational and financial performance.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, revenue generation, and cost control.
• Proactive in developing innovative F&B concepts and service experiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of all Restaurants, Bars, Nightlife venues and In-Room Dining across multiple concepts.
• Drive financial performance including revenue, GOP, payroll, costs and profitability.
• Develop annual budgets, business plans and sales strategies aligned with the brand.
• Lead training, coaching and talent development across the F&B division.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, licensing, hygiene and FIVE standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales & Marketing, Finance, Culinary, Engineering, Rooms) for seamless operations.
