Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as Floor Supervisor or Assistant Restaurant Manager in a Luxury Hotel.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Flexibility to work weekends/holidays.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook; strong knowledge of restaurant management software and POS systems.
• Understanding of Health & Safety, Food Hygiene standards, and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver on daily operations with disciplined, quality-focused execution.
• Lead and train FIVE’s restaurant team to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Analyze financials and manage budgets and cost controls without compromising service.
• Collaborate with Culinary and F&B managers to drive revenue and standards.
• Maintain health and safety, hygiene, and service quality across service zones.
