Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as Assistant Restaurant Manager or Restaurant Manager in a Luxury Hotel.
• Experience as Restaurant Manager or in a leadership position within an upscale Italian concept restaurant.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead FIVE Tribe to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
• Ensure seamless dining experience, anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef to craft bespoke Italian menus with seasonal elements.
• Oversee inventory, stock levels, and cost control while maintaining quality.
