Job summary

FIVE Hotels and Resorts in Dubai seeks a visionary Senior Director of Food and Beverage to lead multiple luxury outlets across our lifestyle portfolio. The role covers restaurants, bars, nightlife and In-Room Dining, with a focus on guest satisfaction and financial performance.

You will deputise for the Director of Food and Beverage, manage budgets, forecasts and cost controls, and drive innovative concepts that elevate service while upholding FIVE’s Gold Standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of senior Food and Beverage leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple F&B operations including restaurants, bars, nightlife venues and In-Room Dining.
• Deputise for the Director of Food and Beverage and own divisional performance in their absence.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability and cost management across the F&B division.
• Develop innovative concepts and service experiences that elevate guest satisfaction and brand standards.
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing FIVER team across outlets.
