You’ll oversee operations, collaborate with the culinary team, manage costs, and coach staff to achieve profitability while maintaining FIVE’s iconic brand and standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hotel restaurant environments preferred.
• Fluency in English and Italian is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead FIVE Tribe and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Interact with guests throughout dining to ensure satisfaction.
• Oversee seamless dining operations and service flow.
• Develop SOPs for opening/closing, reservations, seating, and service process.
• Monitor inventory, cost controls, and profitability.
• Collaborate with culinary team on menu and guest preferences.
• Hire and train team; foster growth and engagement.
