Atlantis The Royal in Dubai seeks an Assistant Manager - Restaurant Operations to lead Cloud 22 during service, manage staff, and ensure top‑tier guest experience in a luxury setting. You will drive SOP compliance, forecasted scheduling, and cost awareness while maintaining a hands‑on leadership approach.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in luxury dining, strong team leadership, and a focus on profitability and service excellence in a high‑volume environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a similar restaurant management or F&B supervisory role within a luxury hotel, resort, or high‑end dining environment.
• Experience in luxury dining, team leadership, staff scheduling, cost awareness, and SOP compliance.
• Hands‑on management style with ability to coach and develop staff in a fast‑paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Operations Manager with day‑to‑day management of Cloud 22.
• Supervise frontline employees and provide clear direction during each shift.
• Monitor service flow and intervene quickly to address delays or guest concerns.
• Ensure SOPs and service standards are followed consistently across the team.
• Coordinate employee schedules according to forecast demand and operating needs.
• Support inventory control and monitor costs against department objectives.
