Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or restaurant.
• Outgoing, confident and articulate with strong communication skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Proficient in MS Office, POS systems and restaurant reservation platforms; strong P&L awareness and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional events and guest experiences across functions.
• Support day-to-day management of special events operations, setups, service and logistics.
• Lead, motivate and coordinate teams; ensure venues and equipment are prepared.
• Maintain high standards of service and guest satisfaction for intimate to large-scale events.
