Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a similar luxury hotel role.
• International experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and customer focus under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Operations Manager with daily restaurant operations.
• Support profitability through effective operational management.
• Train and develop team members to meet service standards.
• Coordinate staff schedules to fit business needs.
• Ensure SOPs, policies and procedures are followed.
• Help minimize operating costs.
• Contribute to staff retention through day-to-day leadership.
• Maintain outstanding guest service.
• Provide hands-on leadership during daily operations.
