Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Operations Manager with the day‑to‑day management of Cloud 22.
  • Maintain smooth restaurant operations across opening, service, and closing periods.
  • Supervise frontline employees and provide clear direction during each shift.
  • Monitor service flow and intervene quickly when operational delays or guest concerns arise.
  • Ensure company standard operating procedures are followed consistently.
  • Reinforce restaurant policies, service expectations, and operational standards across the team.
  • Coordinate employee schedules according to forecast demand and operating requirements.
  • Maintain appropriate staffing coverage during peak periods, weekends, events, and high‑occupancy days.
  • Train new employees on restaurant procedures, guest service, and operating standards.
  • Support ongoing development of existing team members through coaching and practical feedback.
  • Identify individual performance gaps and work with employees to improve service delivery.
  • Motivate colleagues and contribute to a positive, accountable working environment.
  • Support employee retention by maintaining fair, professional, and engaging team leadership.

  • Assist with daily briefings and communicate reservations, VIP requirements, events, and service priorities.
  • Monitor restaurant presentation and ensure guest‑facing areas remain ready for service.
  • Maintain awareness of table flow, seating requirements, and service pacing.
  • Support accurate shift handovers between management and operational teams.
  • Ensure team members maintain professional grooming and presentation standards.
