Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Manager - Public Area to lead the housekeeping public area team at the resort in Ras Al Khaimah. You will oversee staff, inspections, scheduling, and adherence to Forbes 5-Star standards to ensure immaculate public areas and guest satisfaction.

The role requires a Hotel Management qualification with at least 2 years’ experience in a luxury hotel, strong English communication, and flexibility to work shifts in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Hotel Management or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a 5* hotel in a similar role.
• Strong communication in English; excellent interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all Colleagues to ensure prompt, courteous service per standards.
• Carry out inspections of all public areas and ensure equipment is functioning.
• Coordinate deep cleaning and schedule maintenance per resort standards.
• Manage departmental roster and vacation schedules; assist HR with recruitment.
• Budget control and procurement documentation; ensure safety policies.
