Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in luxury hospitality, recreation, pool or beach operations.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in a luxury hotel or resort environment preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily performance of pool services attendants and colleagues across pool, beach, cabana, daybed, recreation and guest service areas.
• Assign daily work locations, shifts, and responsibilities based on business needs.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings and communicate priorities, VIP arrivals, events and weather updates.
• Monitor grooming, service delivery, task completion and compliance with standards.
• Provide coaching, training, mentoring and performance feedback to staff.
• Support onboarding and continuous development of new hires and seasonal staff.
