Qualifications

• Previous experience as Receptionist/Front Desk in luxury hotel.
• Knowledge of front office operations and guest service standards.
• Experience with hotel PMS systems (Opera or similar) is an advantage.
• Excellent spoken English; additional languages are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-in/out process.
• Provide personalized information about facilities and local area.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Concierge, and F&B teams.
• Maintain guest records and handle payments accurately.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally.
