Job summary

DAMAC Hotels & Resorts in Dubai is seeking a Front Office Receptionist/Guest Services professional to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will manage reception, check-in/check-out, rooming, and guest enquiries while supporting VIP guest interactions and collaboration across departments.

The role requires a hospitality background with a focus on service excellence, guest satisfaction, and seamless coordination with concierge and guest relations teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Receptionist/Guest Service role in Front Office.
• Bachelor Degree/College Diploma in Hospitality Management.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and OPERA PMS.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all activities relevant to the Front Office such as reception, check in / out, rooming of all Hotel Guests, foreign exchange and assisting with enquiries.
• Overseeing all direct aspects of the Guest Relations function to achieve the highest possible Guest satisfaction. Greet VIP Guests personally and endeavor to create future return and VIP Guests. Liaise with other departments to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Oversee and direct all aspects of the Concierge function to achieve the highest possible satisfaction to current and future Guests.
