Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Spa Receptionist, Front Desk Agent, Guest Relations Agent, or similar role within a luxury hotel, resort, or wellness environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of spa treatments, wellness services, and luxury guest expectations.
• Experience with reservations systems and payment procedures.
• Excellent spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide a personalised first impression.
• Manage spa reservations, appointments, cancellations, and changes.
• Coordinate with spa therapists for smooth treatment schedules and guest flow.
• Provide information on treatments, pricing, packages, and promotions.
• Handle guest enquiries in person, by phone, and digitally; assist with consultations.
