Banyan Tree Dubai seeks a Spa Receptionist to deliver a warm, seamless welcome for guests and coordinate appointments with professionalism and discretion. You will assist with spa facilities, treatment options, and resort offerings while maintaining confidentiality of guest information.

As a frontline ambassador, you will handle inquiries via in-person, phone, and digital channels, ensuring accurate guest records and an exceptional guest experience in a luxury spa setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Spa Receptionist or similar role in luxury hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of spa treatments and guest expectations.
• Experience with reservations systems and payment procedures.
• Excellent spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide a personalised first impression.
• Manage spa reservations, appointments, cancellations, and changes.
• Coordinate with Spa Therapists for smooth treatment schedules.
• Communicate treatment options, pricing, and promotions.
• Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area and liaise with other departments.
