Qualifications

• Experience as Spa Receptionist or Front Desk in luxury hotels or wellness environments preferred.
• Excellent spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience with reservations systems and payment procedures.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide a personalised first impression.
