The Lana, a Dorchester Collection property in Dubai, seeks a Concierge who will delight guests with tailored service and expert local knowledge. You’ll work with a premium team to elevate guest experiences and participate in our award-winning learning academy, gaining exposure to high standards of craft and leadership.

English fluency, 2–3 years in luxury hospitality, and a relevant hotel qualification are required.

• Ability to deliver luxury service with strong interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English required for international guests.
• Professional qualification or hotel school diploma required; 2–3 years in concierge or premium guest services.

• Drive continuous improvement of Guest experience and hotel service efficiency.
• Be the reference for guests and arrange dining, events, transportation, and reservations.
• Build knowledge and partnerships with local community and businesses.
• Stay informed about local events, dining, and venues to make strong recommendations.
• Support Head Concierge in managing external relationships and preferred vendors.
• Oversee grooming and responsibilities of bell captains, porters, doorman and valet team.
