Atlantis The Royal, part of Kerzner International, is seeking a Residence Concierge to support day-to-day Residential Operations and deliver Amazing Experiences for Owners and Guests. You will be the focal point for Owners, assist with queries, plans or arrangements, and supply directions to amenities and local activities while anticipating service needs.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of luxury hotel experience and a secondary language; proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Qualifications

• The candidate has at least 3 years of luxury hotel experience.
• A secondary language is desirable.
• Proficiency with MS Office for data collection, collation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Act as the focal point for Owners and guests, handling queries and arrangements.
• Assist with plans, bookings, and services to deliver Amazing Experiences and Everlasting Memories.
• Supply Owners and guests with directions to amenities and local activities; anticipate needs and preferences.
