Atlantis Resorts in Dubai, UAE is seeking a Residences Liaison to support day-to-day residential operations at Atlantis The Royal Residences. You will act as a central contact for owners and their guests, coordinating arrangements and delivering personalized service in a luxury environment.

The role emphasizes understanding owner preferences, asking the right questions, listening, and anticipating needs to create memorable experiences.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration or Hotel Management preferred.
• Minimum of three years of hotel experience in a luxury environment.
• Second language is desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel; familiarity with PowerPoint and Publisher.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a focal point of contact for residence owners and their guests.
• Respond to queries, requests, plans and arrangements in a professional and attentive manner.
• Anticipate resident service needs by understanding individual preferences and requirements.
• Provide accurate directions and information about property amenities and services.
• Communicate relevant operating hours and other property information to owners and guests.
• Share information about local areas of interest and available activities when requested.
• Coordinate resident and guest requirements as part of daily residential operations.
• Observe and listen for individual preferences and act on them whenever possible.
• Help deliver the personalized service expected within a luxury residential environment.
