Qualifications

• High school diploma required; hospitality diploma preferred.
• Excellent English and strong communication with guests.
• Problem-solving mindset and proactive service recovery.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emails within 24 hours and manage guest bookings in Opera.
• Guarantee bookings with payment prior to cancellation.
• Coordinate guest details and relay special requests to departments.
• Maintain professional email and phone etiquette.
• Communicate changes to relevant departments promptly.
