Job summary

Hyatt Centric Jumeirah Dubai is seeking a Reservations Agent to deliver seamless booking experiences and uphold Hyatt's service standards. You will handle inquiries, confirm bookings, and maintain accurate guest profiles.

The role emphasizes maximizing revenue through upselling, knowledge of hotel facilities, and coordination with departments to fulfill guest requests. Excellent communication and familiarity with Opera PMS are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in hospitality management or a related field.
• Experience in reservations/front desk or guest services.
• Proficiency with Opera PMS or similar systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle room reservations across channels (phone, email, online).
• Upsell room categories and packages to maximize revenue.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles and history in the system.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests.
• Provide information on facilities, packages, and local attractions.
