Qualifications

• High school diploma required; hospitality degree desirable.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and MICROS is advantageous.
• Fluent English; strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the hostess desk or restaurant entrance is always manned with a warm welcome.
• Manage restaurant reservations, bookings, parties, and special requests according to SOPs.
• Greet and escort guests to tables; be knowledgeable about menus and offerings.
• Identify guest needs and complaints and provide solutions while gathering feedback.
• Maintain knowledge of restaurant layout, table numbers, services, and operations.
• Handle telephone enquiries and update guest profiles and reservation information.
