Job summary

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience as a Reservations Manager or similar hospitality role.
• Luxury hotel operations experience preferred.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support internal and external service delivery in line with reservations KPI objectives.
• Work closely with Sales, Revenue, and Hotel Operations to maximize revenue.
• Supervise daily reservation tasks including audits and compliance checks.
