Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have 1–2 years’ experience in a similar Reservations role.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for room reservations.
• Review daily reservation accuracy and rate compliance.
• Follow internal credit policy and up-sell programme.
• Follow up on lost business and VIP arrivals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
