Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in reception, guest relations, or restaurant front-of-house in a luxury hospitality environment.
• Experience in a luxury hotel or premium restaurant setting is required.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage international guests.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests professionally and create a warm five-star first impression.
• Oversee reception activities and maintain a polished arrival experience.
• Build relationships with hotel guests, suite residents, local customers, and restaurant regulars.
• Recognize returning guests and tailor service based on known preferences.
• Act as a sales ambassador for the restaurant and encourage repeat visits.
• Identify opportunities to convert new visitors into returning customers.
• Support guest retention through attentive communication and relationship management.
