Job summary
The First Group Hospitality is seeking a Specialty Restaurant Manager for its Exclusive Private Members' Club. Lead a signature dining concept, blend refined service leadership with culinary collaboration, and drive commercial performance to position the restaurant as a premier destination for members and guests.
The role requires 5–7 years in restaurant/F&B, 2–3 years in management, and a strong track record in luxury hospitality.
Qualifications
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Management, or related field.
- 5–7 years of progressive restaurant or F&B experience with 2–3 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in private members clubs, luxury dining, or premium hospitality preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily restaurant operations with focus on exceptional service and quality.
- Develop personalized dining experiences by building member relationships.
- Coach and develop the restaurant team to uphold service standards.
- Collaborate with Culinary and Beverage teams to enhance menus and concepts.
- Drive revenue through upselling, cost control, and productivity planning.
- Monitor guest feedback and trends to implement improvements.
- Manage reservations, seating, staffing, and inventory to optimise flow.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and club standards.
