Job summary

The First Group Hospitality is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily dining operations at an exclusive private members club. The ideal candidate will bring luxury hospitality experience, refined service etiquette, and a member-centric approach to every interaction.

You will lead the service team, ensure impeccable dining standards, train staff, manage inventory and costs, and collaborate with Culinary, Beverage, and Events teams to deliver standout member experiences.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Operations, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of F&B experience, including 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of fine dining service sequences, table etiquette, beverage service, and premium hospitality standards.
• Proven ability to supervise, coach, and motivate multicultural service teams.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a polished, discreet, and member-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Food & Beverage operations, ensuring efficient service and premium dining standards.
• Lead and coordinate the service team, conduct pre-shift briefings, allocate responsibilities.
• Build relationships with members, accommodate dietary requirements and preferences.
• Oversee the dining experience, ensure proper service sequences, table presentation, attention to detail.
• Address member feedback discreetly and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with Culinary, Beverage, and Events teams for private functions.
• Monitor stock, costs, wastage, and productivity to optimize revenue.
• Train and mentor team members on service etiquette, upselling, and standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, and safety procedures.
