Job summary

The First Group Hospitality, a Dubai-headquartered, full-service hospitality management company, is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead dining experiences at the Exclusive Private Members' Club in Abu Dhabi. You will oversee day-to-day service operations, guide the F&B team, and ensure consistently high standards of member engagement and service delivery.

Ideal candidates hold a Hospitality Diploma and have 3–5 years of F&B experience, including supervisory roles in luxury

Qualifications

• Diploma or relevant hospitality qualification.
• 3–5 years F&B experience, including at least 1 year in supervisory capacity.
• Strong leadership and coaching capabilities with a hands-on approach.
• Refined member engagement and service recovery skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Food & Beverage operations, ensuring smooth, high-quality service.
• Lead and support the F&B team during service with direction and feedback.
• Engage with members and guests, anticipate preferences, and provide personalized service.
• Monitor service standards, presentation, product quality, and outlet readiness.
• Handle member feedback professionally with timely resolution and follow-up.
• Coordinate with Culinary, Events, and other teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Support inventory control, stock management, and cost awareness.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and club procedures.
