• Minimum five years in international five-star hotel environments.
• At least one year in a senior role and two years as Pastry Chef de Partie.
• Formal culinary apprenticeship, Diploma in Catering, health and safety certifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pastry operations in line with SOPs and brand standards.
• Contribute to menu development and recipe costing.
• Train and supervise pastry team; ensure food cost control and inventory
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation and quality.
• Engage guests and support events with pastry presentation.
