Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a Pastry Sous Chef or Pastry Chef in an international luxury hotel or restaurant.

• Ability to lead teams while remaining hands‑on in kitchen operations.

• Assist the Executive Chef in maintaining and improving pastry quality and standards.
