• Impeccable communication skills; fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations from prep to plating to deliver a Five‑Star dining experience.
• Lead and mentor kitchen staff; ensure continuous learning and professional growth.
• Collaborate with Chef de Cuisine on innovative menus using seasonal, local ingredients.
• Manage inventory, control costs, and minimise waste; uphold HACCP and safety standards.
• Coordinate with front‑of‑house to ensure seamless guest experiences.
