The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in pastry, a Diploma in Culinary or equivalent, and holds a health and safety certification. Collaboration with the Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chef is essential for exceptional desserts.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in pastry in an international luxury hotel.
• Diploma in Culinary or 2–3 years' experience in a similar role.
• Must have health and safety certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize mise en place for the pastry section.
• Assist Chef de Cuisine to lead kitchen operations to highest standards.
• Support Sous Chef in creating new pastry dishes and recipes.
