Experience in luxury hospitality is preferred; flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Previous luxury hotel, restaurant, or In-Room Dining experience preferred.
• Ability to focus on guest needs while remaining calm and courteous.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities; excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service.
• Maintain a professional presentation at all times.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by adhering to In Room Dining standards.
• Assist employees as needed to ensure the best possible service.
• Ensure events and amenities are presented per hotel standards.
• Maintain stock controls with pars and orders; manage beverage stock.
