Job summary

Accor Group is seeking a motivated and service-oriented Waitress for Rixos Premium Dubai in Dubai. The role involves providing exceptional guest service while maintaining high operational standards in a dynamic food and beverage environment.

Ideal candidates should have a hospitality diploma or experience in a 4-5 star hotel, along with excellent communication skills. The position offers a vibrant work atmosphere within a luxury hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or minimum 1 year of experience in a 4-5 star hotel.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Romanian, German, Spanish, or Moldovan is an advantage.
• Minimum height of 168-170 cm with a well-groomed, professional appearance.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Able to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Available for immediate joining.

Responsibilities

• Deliver courteous, professional, and efficient service in line with Rixos and Accor standards.
• Be flexible and rotate between different outlets or departments as required.
• Understand the full menu offering and recommend options to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
• Monitor and minimize wastage and spoilage of operational supplies.
