Rixos Premium Dubai JBR is seeking a guest-focused In-Room Dining professional to deliver luxury service and uphold the brand’s high standards. The role emphasises elegant guest interactions, precise order handling, and seamless collaboration with food and beverage teams.

Responsibilities include maintaining presentation, adhering to service standards, and supervising dining staff to ensure exceptional guest experiences across all in-room offerings.

Qualifications

• Luxury hotel, restaurant, or In-Room Dining experience preferred.
• Strong guest-service orientation and smile-first attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Consistently offers professional, engaging, and friendly service.
• Maintain a professional presentation at all times.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by adhering to In-Room Dining standards.
• Assist colleagues to ensure the best possible service.
• Present all events and amenities per guest/hotel standards.
• Maintain stock controls with pars and orders.
• Enforce security controls and inventory of beverages.
• Supervise In-Room Dining colleagues and operations.

Job Description

Reporting to the In Room Dining Manager responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following

Responsibilities

• Consistently offers professional engaging and friendly service
• Maintain a professional presentation at all times
• Ensure guest satisfaction by adhering to service standards as specified for In Room Dining
• Assist employees as needed to ensure the best possible service
• Ensure all special events and amenities are properly presented in accordance with guest and hotel specifications and standards
• Maintain established controls for stock with pars and orders
• Enforce Security controls keys lockdown etc to include control of beverage stock
• Assign side work and record attendance
• Inspect staff as to uniforms cleanliness identification etc
• Ensure a safe working environment for employees
• Supervise all In Room Dining colleagues

Other duties as assigned

• Previous luxury hotel, restaurant, or In-Room Dining experience preferred
