Job summary

Rixos Premium Dubai JBR is seeking a diligent Housekeeping Attendant to maintain the hotel’s luxurious rooms to brand standards. You will clean guestrooms, restock supplies, and ensure comfort for every guest.

Fluency in English and a courteous, client-focused approach are essential; prior luxury-hotel experience is desirable. The role offers a dynamic environment with duty meals and medical insurance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, vocational training and/or 1 year work experience.
• Fluent in English (written & verbal) essential.
• Previous experience in luxury hotel environment desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Clean guestrooms: dust, beds, linen, vacuum, bathroom, replenish supplies.
• Use cleaning in progress sign and keep doors closed when making up rooms.
• Call room service for removal of trays/trolleys.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment usage.
• Take end-of-shift room status reports.
• Keep linen and supply closets organized.
• Report problems to supervisor on your floor.
• Help guests and colleagues in a courteous manner.
• Report health and safety hazards.
• Maintain excellent grooming and uniform standards.
