InterContinental Dubai Marina Hotel & Residences is hiring a Telephone Operator. You will professionally greet guests, manage calls, and coordinate with hotel departments to ensure smooth service delivery. Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.

The role requires 1–2 years in luxury hospitality, strong guest relations, and night-shift availability. You’ll work in a dynamic five-star environment with opportunities for growth and staff perks.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel.
• Strong leadership, guest relations, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Opera PMS and night audit procedures.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Receive each guest call in a professional and friendly manner.
• Ensure guests are greeted by name upon calling per standards.
• Maintain effective communication with related departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Handle every query in a polite and courteous manner and exceed guest expectations.
• Coordinate and dispatch work orders to appropriate departments and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the hotel and local services.
• Understand guest profiles through the PMS system.
• Ensure proper operation of the switchboard and efficient call transfers.
• Protect guest privacy and confidentiality.
• Demonstrate understanding of hotel policies, procedures and service standards.
