Job summary

• 1–2 years’ experience in a luxury hotel.
• Excellent guest relations and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive guest calls promptly in a professional, friendly manner.
• Greet guests by name as per standards and route calls to appropriate departments.
• Coordinate with departments; dispatch work orders and ensure timely completion.
• Handle queries courteously and exceed guest expectations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services and local offerings.
• Monitor guest profiles via PMS and ensure privacy of guest information.
• Ensure smooth switchboard operation for fast internal/external call transfers.
• Understand hotel policies, procedures and facilities; stay informed on happenings.
• Be flexible for night shifts, weekends and holidays; interest in additional language is a plus.
